1. Joining the program
The OmniLoop Brand Ambassador program is free to join and open to individuals and businesses aged 18 and over with a genuine audience that fits OmniLoop. You join with your OmniLoop account. Applications are reviewed before approval, and we may decline or remove any participant at our discretion. You must provide accurate details and keep your account secure.
2. Commission tiers
Your commission tier each month is set by the paying-customer revenue you referred in the previous calendar month:
- Bronze — $0–$500 referred: 50% of the first payment, 20% of recurring renewals.
- Silver — $500–$1,000: 60% / 25%.
- Gold — $1,000–$2,000: up to 70% / up to 30%.
- Platinum — over $2,000: up to 90% / up to 30%.
Rates shown are the maximum for each tier. Commission is earned only on genuine, new paying customers who subscribe through your referral link or code within the 45-day tracking window.
3. First payment vs. recurring — and how annual plans work
Every tier pays two rates: a higher first-payment rate that rewards winning a new customer, and a recurring rate you keep earning on their renewals for as long as they stay subscribed.
The first-payment rate applies to one month of a referral’s subscription — the plan’s standard monthly price. On a monthly plan, that first month is the first payment, so you earn the first-payment rate on it. On an annual (paid-upfront) plan, you earn the first-payment rate on one month and your recurring rate on the remainder of the prepaid year; every renewal after that earns the recurring rate. Your earnings are the same whether a referral pays monthly or annually — you’re never penalized by how they choose to pay.
4. No self-referral
Brand Ambassadors earn commission only for referring new, third-party customers. You may not use your own referral link or code — or any indirect method — to subscribe to, discount, or earn commission on an account that is your own or that you control.
This expressly includes any account that shares your name, email address, email domain, billing entity, payment method (card, UPI, or bank account), device, or IP address with your Ambassador account, and any account created on your behalf or at your direction to claim a commission.
Any commission generated by self-referral — or by any attempt to disguise one, for example using a different email address, a family member’s or colleague’s details, a secondary company, or a nominee — is void. We may withhold or reverse (claw back) the commission, deduct it from your balance or future earnings, and suspend or terminate your participation in the program and forfeit your balance.
Agencies & resellers: if you manage OmniLoop for clients, you earn commission only on genuine, separate client accounts — each a distinct paying customer that is neither you nor controlled by you. You may not earn commission on your own agency’s OmniLoop subscription, and you may not claim both a reseller margin and an ambassador commission on the same account.
5. How commission is approved
When a referred customer pays, the commission is recorded as Pending. It becomes Approved after a 30-day clearing period in which no refund, failed payment, or chargeback occurs. If a referred payment is later refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed and deducted from your pending or future earnings.
6. Payouts
- You must have a minimum of $99 / ₹10,000 in approved commission to receive a payout. Balances below this threshold roll over and accumulate until they reach it.
- Your first payout is capped at $99 / ₹10,000. Any approved amount above the cap rolls over to your next monthly payout. Subsequent payouts are not capped.
- Approved commission is paid monthly, to your chosen payout method (PayPal, bank transfer, or OmniLoop Credit). Amounts are in your payout currency — USD internationally, INR in India.
- You are responsible for any taxes on your commission and for providing the details we need to pay you or to meet any tax-withholding requirements.
7. Promoting OmniLoop
Promote OmniLoop honestly. You must clearly disclose that you earn a commission where applicable advertising rules require it, and you must not: send spam; make false or misleading claims; bid on OmniLoop’s brand or trademark keywords in paid ads; abuse coupon or deal sites; or promote in any way that breaches a platform’s rules or the law. We may reject commissions from, and remove, ambassadors who break these rules.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms, the commission rates, or the program itself, and will post material changes here. You may leave the program at any time; we may suspend or end your participation if you breach these terms. On termination for cause, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
