Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OmniLoop (the “Service”), a product operated by KCN Life Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

OmniLoop lets you connect social media accounts, and compose, schedule, publish, and manage content and first comments across those accounts, along with a unified inbox and analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Connected accounts and third-party platforms

When you connect a third-party account (such as a Facebook Page, Instagram professional account, Threads profile, YouTube channel, Google Business Profile, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Bluesky, or Telegram account), you authorize OmniLoop to access and act on that account on your behalf, limited to the permissions you grant. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and policies, including the Meta Platform Terms, the Facebook Community Standards, the Instagram Terms of Use, and the terms of every other platform you connect. You are responsible for ensuring your use of OmniLoop complies with those terms, and you confirm you have the rights to publish the content and to manage the accounts you connect.

By connecting a YouTube channel, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s Privacy Policy applies to Google data accessed through your connection.

YouTube data and exports. Metrics and content retrieved from the YouTube API Services — for example channel and video statistics shown in Analytics and Competitor benchmarking — are handled in accordance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. OmniLoop does not display such data for longer than 30 days and refreshes it on an ongoing basis. If you export YouTube data — for example by downloading a CSV or PDF from Analytics — you are required to comply with the same limits: you must not store exported YouTube data for more than 30 days, and you must refresh or delete it in line with YouTube’s data storage, refresh, and deletion requirements. You may revoke OmniLoop’s access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account security settings.

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or a platform’s policies.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through OmniLoop. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the Service — for example, to schedule it and publish it to the accounts you select.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule, or publish through the Service, and for holding all rights, licenses, and consents required to publish it and to process any personal data it contains. OmniLoop may offer optional AI-assisted features that generate suggestions; such output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable, is provided without warranty, and you remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content — including AI-assisted content — before it is published. You are responsible for the legality of your content and for its compliance with the terms and policies of each platform you publish to.

6. Billing

Some features rely on paid third-party APIs. Where a post incurs a per-post platform cost, OmniLoop shows the exact cost before you schedule and charges it at cost from your prepaid OmniLoop Credits balance, with no hidden markup. OmniLoop Credits are a closed-loop, prepaid service credit that can be used only within OmniLoop for OmniLoop services; they are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn or redeemed for cash. Fees, where applicable, are described in the Service. Taxes may apply.

The Service is sold by KCN Life Private Limited (CIN: U74999DL2016PTC302465; GSTIN: 07AAGCK2106C1Z5). Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is charged at checkout, and a GST invoice is issued for every payment, including purchases of OmniLoop Credits.

7. Plans, brands and connection limits

OmniLoop is priced by brand. A brand is a separate workspace with its own connected accounts, calendar, content, analytics, and settings. Each plan includes a set number of brand workspaces and team seats, shown on our pricing page and enforced in the product.

On all paid plans, the number of social accounts you may connect to a brand is unlimited, subject to fair use — we do not charge per connected account. The Free plan is limited to 3 connected accounts. Connecting a social login (for example, a Facebook account that manages several Pages) may make multiple accounts available to add. Fair use means we may act on abusive, automated, or bulk activity that harms the Service or other users, as described in the Acceptable use section above. We may adjust plan inclusions over time; where changes are material we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify you.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Publishing depends on third-party platforms, which may change, limit, or interrupt their APIs; we are not responsible for platform-side failures, rejections, or delays.

We do not guarantee that any post will be published, published at the exact scheduled time, or remain published, as this depends on your connected accounts, permissions, and available credits, and on third-party platforms outside our control. You are responsible for verifying that important content has published as intended. We may carry out maintenance and may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service; to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any resulting unavailability, non-publication, or loss of scheduled content.

Events beyond our control. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including third-party platform or API changes, outages, or suspensions, internet or hosting failures, cyber-attacks, acts of government, or other force-majeure events.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, that any content will be published or delivered, or that results obtained from the Service — including from AI-assisted features or analytics — will be accurate or reliable. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained from us or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KCN Life Private Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of KCN Life Private Limited arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, for all claims taken together, will not exceed the total fees you actually paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim — or, where you have paid nothing to us in that period, ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees five thousand). This limit applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless KCN Life Private Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) the content you create, schedule, or publish through the Service; (b) your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms or of any applicable law; or (d) your infringement or misappropriation of any third party’s rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in New Delhi, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, subject to applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, and any policy referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and KCN Life Private Limited regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be limited or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

16. Brand Ambassador Program

OmniLoop offers an optional Brand Ambassador referral program. If you choose to join, you can earn a commission for referring genuine, new paying customers to OmniLoop through your unique referral link or code. Participation is voluntary, free, and separate from your subscription.

The program is governed by the Brand Ambassador Program Terms, which form part of these Terms for anyone who takes part. In summary: commissions are earned only on genuine, new paying customers referred within the tracking window; self-referral is not permitted — you may not earn a commission on an account that is your own or that you control; a commission arising from a payment that is later refunded or charged back is reversed; payouts are subject to a minimum threshold and are released by us after a clearing period; and we may change, pause, or end the program, or a participant’s involvement in it, in line with those Program Terms. Where the Brand Ambassador Program Terms and these Terms differ on a matter specific to the program, the Program Terms govern.
