OmniLoop is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product operated by KCN Life Private Limited. It is delivered entirely online. No physical goods are sold or shipped, so no shipping charges, couriers, or delivery timelines for physical items apply.

How the service is delivered

Access to OmniLoop is provided electronically over the internet at omniloop.app. When you sign up or complete a payment, your account and plan are activated immediately and automatically — there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for. You can begin using the service right away from any supported web browser.

Subscriptions and trials

A new workspace can start a 14-day free trial instantly. When you subscribe to a paid plan, the plan’s features are unlocked on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by our payment processor. If a payment succeeds but your plan is not activated within a few minutes, please contact us so we can resolve it promptly.

Delivery confirmation

Because delivery is digital, activation of your account and plan on omniloop.app — together with the confirmation shown in the app and any email receipt from our payment processor — serves as confirmation of delivery.
